Virgin Islands Destinations

There are so many beautiful beaches, bays and anchorages in both the US and British Virgin Islands!

See a sample itinerary including some of our favorite spots below. Note that on a crewed yacht charter, none of these itineraries are set in stone and you

can work with your crew to determine your own custom itinerary (weather conditions permitting, of course).

Village Cay Marina, Tortola, BVI.

Board the yacht at Village Cay Marina where we will offer you a welcome cocktail or champagne toast, get you settled on the yacht, and then whisk you away to the first of many gorgeous destinations.

The Caves, Norman Island, BVI.

After Soper's, head to Norman Island to explore the beautiful natural cave formations.  Kayaking and snorkeling are fantastic in this idyllic spot.

The Indians, Norman Island, BVI.

At the Indians, certified SCUBA Divers can enjoy a great reef dive.  The colors and the marine life at this spot are among the best you'll find in the Virgins.  Snorkelling is also first-rate at this spot.

When you're through blowing bubbles and feeling like a party, head to the infamous Willy T and take on the shot ski!

The Wreck of the RMS Rhone, Salt Island, BVI.

The Wreck of the RMS Rhone,  a British Mail Steamer that sank in 1867 losing 123 of the souls on board.  This is one of the best dives in the BVI.  It’s really a can’t miss.  Click here for the full story.

Cooper Island

After enjoying the Rhone, head over to Cooper Island and try out their Rum Bar, which boasts rums from all around the Caribbean.

The Baths, Virgin Gorda, BVI.

North Sound, Virgin Gorda, BVI.

North Sound is a beautiful area teeming with fun places and beautiful shores.  Saba Rock is an amazing bar and restaurant, Bitter End Yacht Club has recently been rebuilt, The Bistro at Blunder Bay has a fabulous plunge pool, and Leverick Bay is another great spot to have a dinner ashore, especially on a Friday, when you can see the Jumbies show!  It's also a fabulous jumping-off spot for a trip to Anegada, the 4th largest barrier reef in the world.

Anegada, BVI.

Anegada is a barrier reef island whose highest point is only about 28 feet (8.5 m) above sea level.  This explains its' name, which derives from Spanish ahogada, meaning "drowned".  Anegada is known for miles of white sand beaches and the 18-mile (29 km)-long Horseshoe Reef, the largest barrier coral reef in the Caribbean, and the fourth largest on earth.

Many charter companies won't allow their yachts to navigate this island's reef, so having your own private yacht with a professional captain allows you to experience this beautiful gem.  After arriving by yacht at Anegada, hop in a taxi and take a trip to Cow Wreck Beach, most definitely one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean

White Bay, Jost Van Dyke, BVI.

When you're ready for yet another white-sand beach, this time studded with beach bars, head right on over to White Bay on Jost Van Dyke.  The Soggy Dollar Bar, One Love, Gertrude's and many others await your visit.

The legendary Foxy's is located in Great Harbor, which is the next bay over.  Don't miss Foxy's boutique where you can find cute island souveneirs.
